About Us

Elise Godinez Kern is the founder of Emerald Aurum Ventures. She holds a BS from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods, with expertise in Marketing, Finance, and Consulting, and Consumer Insights.

She is currently co-owner of Well and Good Brewing in North Yarmouth Maine which is operated by her husband.

Target Statement

Elise is seeking to acquire a consumer product or services company in the Portland Maine metro area, or one that can be led remotely from this geography. Her goal is to revitalize and scale a business that is looking for owner-operator leadership and data-driven strategies to build on existing success and serve customers with excellence.
